BAR – Architects, P.C. has provided professional services to numerous educational clients. Our experience spans K-12 facilities, higher education, and private schools. Projects have ranged from complete new buildings, adaptive re-use, additions, interior alterations, auditoriums, gymnasiums, science labs, exterior renovations, roofs, acoustic treatments, and facility evaluations.
Fire Districts
BAR has been involved with a wide range of projects for many Fire Districts. Services have been provided in conjunction with additions and alterations, reallocation of space utilization, and site redevelopment.
Franchise Projects
Our firm has been involved with Franchise development for several of the nation’s largest participants in that market. BAR has provided wide ranging services to such entities as McDonald’s Corporation, Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Boston Market, Wendy’s, Blimpie, Taco Bell, Pollo Campero, Starbucks Coffee and Pizza Hut. Projects have included new buildings, adaptive re-use, tenant space development, additions and alterations, and development feasibility studies.
Restaurant / Hospitality Projects
Design of Restaurant and Hospitality facilities requires sensitivity to spaces that are cost effective to the Client’s budget, yet dynamic in their impact on the end user. BAR has designed many restaurants and guest accommodations that achieve both objectives.
