Was incorporated 1990 by owner Richard T. Bartlett. Since its inception our staff of architects, engineers and design experts have gained experience in all phases of design and development; from initial feasibility studies, preliminary design and cost estimating, through construction documents and construction administration. Our skilled and practical designers enjoy the challenges of both new construction and renovation work, where new elements must be integrated into pre-existing environments

BAR – Architects, P.C. has a proven track record of evaluating, designing and managing the construction of both new and renovated facilities. Programming studies and preliminary design work are tasks for which our design team provides an array of capabilities and insight, based on our extensive experience. Subsequent to approval of the program, budget and preliminary design, Construction Documents will be meticulously compiled. These documents are used to conduct a competitive bid solicitation, allowing our clients to meaningfully compare qualified Contractors.
